Our Team

Beth Faleris-McGill, Attorney

Licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Hawaii since 1992, as well as admitted to practice in NC Federal Courts. Ms. Faleris-McGill is also an adjunct professor at Coastal Carolina Community College in Jacksonville, NC teaching in the paralegal program. Ms. Faleris-Mcgill is also an attorney of-counsel to the Cromeens Law Firm in Houston, Texas regarding construction law issues.

Ms. Faleris-Mcgill also is the Town Attorney for the Town of Maysville.

Mackenzie McMahan

Beth Faleris-McGill, Attorney

Mackenzie is originally from Pennsylvania, has spent time living in Texas, and is now lucky enough to call North Carolina her home. She has spent her career working with clients in various settings and is dedicated to the client experience. Mackenzie is an alumi of the Parlegal Technology Program at Coastal Carolina Community College and is soon to be a North Carolina Certified Paralegal with the North Carolina State Bar. She enjoys crafting, gardening, and spending time with her husband and her fur babies.
